CARS GYM LIFE — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cars Gym Life, every item is made-to-order. This means your product is created individually after your purchase to ensure high quality and reduce waste. Because of this production process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Our full policy is outlined below.

REPLACEMENTS FOR DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

 

We gladly replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect item received

If you experience any of these issues, email us within 10 days of receiving your order:

Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Photo of the issue
  3. Brief description

If approved, we will remake and reship your item at no cost to you.

❌  NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Because all products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong color choice
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Sale items
  • Gifts or gift cards
  • Items lost due to incorrect address entry

Please double-check size charts before ordering.

 

🚫 WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS TO OUR ADDRESS

Items cannot be mailed back to Cars Gym Life or to our fulfillment partner unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

 

Any unsolicited returns will not be accepted or refunded.

📦 MISSING PACKAGE CLAIMS

 

 

 

If the tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Verify your address at checkout
  • Contact the shipping carrier

Cars Gym Life is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

🌎 EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.

 

However, cancellations cannot be honored if the item has already entered production, because our products are made-to-order.

💳 REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only if:

  • We cannot fulfill your order
  • A replacement cannot be provided
  • Your item qualifies as defective and the issue cannot be corrected

If approved, refunds will be sent to your original payment method.

You are eligible for a replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You are not eligible for returns or refunds for wrong sizing or change of mind because all items are made-to-order.
